INFORMATION pursuant to art. from art. 13 of the EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR).

IWe inform that ComCart® S.r.l. (hereinafter also referred to as “ComCart®“) processes data for the following purposes:

  1. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
  • To enable and manage registration to this website.
  • respond to any requests for information made to us through the appropriate channels of the site.

The legal basis for the processing of data for the above purposes is the fulfillment of contractual obligations and the provision of data, which is necessary to regulate the performance of the described and requested services (inquiries), which otherwise cannot be performed.

  1. DATA PROCESSORS

As part of its activities and for the purposes indicated above, ComCart® may use services rendered by third parties operating on behalf of ComCart® and according to its instructions, as Data Processors. These are subjects that provide ComCart® with processing or instrumental services (e.g. management and technical maintenance of the CRM, computer services for the operation of the site, etc.).

In any case, the processing is carried out in such a way as to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data, through the adoption of the measures provided for in Article 32 of the Regulations, in order to preserve the integrity of the processed data and prevent access to them by unauthorized parties.

  1. TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED

The data collected and processed by the Data Controller are data of a personal nature of members, i.e., information through which a person can be identified as a natural person (by way of example: first name, last name, date of birth, residence, domicile, e-mail address, telephone number, etc.) and may include, subject to consent, other information.

  1. METHODS AND DURATION OF PROCESSING

The data will be processed in full compliance with the principles of confidentiality, fairness, necessity, relevance, lawfulness and transparency provided by the Regulations, for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data were collected or, in the case of the purchase of goods, for the time necessary for the performance of the contractual conditions and the storage obligations provided for in the existing regulations on tax and administrative matters.

  1. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE THE EU

The data subject’s data may also be processed by IT service providers, in their capacity as Data Processors operating outside the European Union.

ComCart® in compliance with the regulations on the transfer of data to a non-European country, undertakes to enter into, if necessary, agreements that guarantee an adequate level of protection and/or to sign the standard contractual clauses set out in the Annex to European Commission Decision No. 2010/87/EU of February 5, 2010.

  1. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES

The rights referred to in Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation are recognized and therefore the interested party, at any time, by sending an email to privacy@comcart.it or writing to ” ComCart® S.r.l., with registered office in Via Matteotti 43 – 47122 Gatteo (FC)”, may ask ComCart® to:

    • receive confirmation of the existence of your personal data, know the purposes of the processing or their scope of circulation and access their content;
    • update, modify and/or correct your personal data;
    • request the deletion, transformation into anonymous form, blocking of data processed in violation of the law or restriction of processing;
    • object for legitimate reasons to the processing, including profiling;
    • to oppose the processing of data for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication;
    • revoke consent, where given, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before revocation;
    • receive a copy of the data you have provided and request that such data be transmitted to another data controller.

Should you find that your rights have been violated, you may appeal to the competent supervisory authority under Article 77 of the GDPR, and this is without prejudice to the possibility of appealing directly to the judicial authorities (Article 79 of the GDPR).
